Initial Meeting
Sit down with our wealth managers to see how we might be able to help.
Data and Goals Confirmation Call
(45 minutes – 1 hour, occurs 2 weeks after initial consultation)
Financial planning team gathers all pertinent financial data and further develops goals with client.
Data and Goals Homework Items
Client gathers any remaining pieces of data that were not available for the data call.
Strategy Sessions
Work through your personal financial planning needs, become educated on the various solutions at your disposal, and implement the ones we collectively believe would be most beneficial for you.
- Strategy #1: Review current financial situation, identify investment and tax inefficiencies, and discuss strategies to improve current standing.
- Strategy #2: Review strategies implemented in Strategy #1, address ancillary planning issues such as pensions, Social Security, protection planning and estate planning.
- Strategy #3 (if necessary): Review strategies implemented in sessions 1 and 2, address any remaining planning/investing topics, and field any additional client questions.

Scheduled call with team member to establish personalized website and access to all investment accounts.
Ongoing Monitoring and Financial Planning Relationship
Appointments scheduled in advance throughout the year to monitor progress and make adjustments to adapt to changes in your life, tax and estate laws, and financial markets.

Annual Review
- Update all financial data
- Discuss any major life events
- Review last year’s financial plan, progress made, and make sure you are still on track to accomplish your goals
- Discuss risks that could derail current plan, and how to address them
- Discuss any additional areas for improvement and timeline for execution
- Address ancillary items important to your success (insurances, workplace benefits, estate planning, etc.)
- Stress test plan against various potential and forecasted market scenario
Quarterly Review
- Discuss any major life events
- Discuss any changes to financial situation
- Review Balance Sheet
- Investment performance review
- Portfolio changes
- Current market events and capital market assumptions
- Current financial positioning and risk/return forecast
- Discuss any relevant tax planning topics (Q4)
